" For as long as I can remember I've always been inspired by creators and artists of any kind. I have always been interested in the story behind who we are and to be told a story by art, design and fashion. I am the more creative kind. Since I graduated I've had a dream of making something myself. I love fashion, to create and explore. A very curious girl. I started crocheting when I was around 10 years old. I loved it and hated it at the same time. I loved how it made me feel and it became a very calming hobby. However I do not like to read any guidelines from others. Therefore all pieces I make is without those. I make all the designs myself and get inspiration from different techniques I experiment with. I also love to play around with different fabrics. Sometimes It goes well, and sometimes I need to recreate the piece over and over again until I'm pleased with the result.

Elly is the name of Elins grandmother who early introduced her to baking and handcrafting. They always created together, crocheted and made cookies. Once in a while you could find Elin only ten years old, sitting with the old sewing machine from the 1930's when she re-designed her clothes. Elly has been a huge inspiration for Elin, as the old-fashion way of creating and living.
